Dawnlight Properties is a North Cyprus estate agency, founded in 2024, that helps people buy homes and investment property across the island’s north coast. Who we are
Dawnlight Properties was founded in 2024 by Marén Steele and Michael Wendlandt. We specialise in North Cyprus property, from apartments and penthouses to villas and studios, across the Kyrenia, Famagusta and İskele districts. The team maintains every listing on the site, so what you see reflects what is currently available.

The people behind Dawnlight
Marén, Co-Founder and Agent. Marén brings a background in international hospitality and real estate, and works with clients from first enquiry through to completion. Her experience across different markets helps buyers who are new to North Cyprus feel informed and supported.
Michael Wendlandt, Co-Founder and Webmaster. Michael builds and maintains the Dawnlight website and its listings, so buyers have accurate, current details on every property, from the search and photographs to sizes and prices.
